No Matter :-)

Do you know the feeling when you are going home and thinking that you still have to attend the needs of your family?

Lately I am always home at late night, but still I need to fulfill my mommy and wifey duties. That is life of a working mom. No matter how tired I am

Last night before going home, I need to pass by in Festival Mall I need to change the size of My Little Kulit’s jogging pants and t shirt, I need to pay our telephone bills, need to buy his milk, his baon and to do some groceries. No matter that I had a long day at the office and I am super sleepy.

Since that is Little Kulit is now in preschool, when I got home y first stop was to check his bag and his diary. If books are not included in his bag he has no assignments. In their school they can leave their things, they can only bring their diary.

Last night he had two work books one in math and one in writing, I asked his dad to teach him in colors and I will be the one to teach him in Math. While browsing his workbooks, this is what I saw. No matter how tired I am seeing my son’s work is worth it. He is really good come to think of it his classmates are older than him and they went to Junior casa while my son straight to senior casa after a month of summer class.

No matter how my day ended at the office, No matter how much negative vibes that I absorb, No matter how hungry I am, No matter how tired I am, No matter how sleepy I am. The good thing is that I have a son and a family waiting for me to be home that always has a positive thing to look for.

No matter what

Had a great evening Lovely Mommies :-)

One Fun Night Bridal Shower

Last Friday we had a bridal shower for our dear office mate. As usual it’s my duty to find a place and to organize :-) buti na lang during my bridal shower they surprised me and we had a great time.

Since we are located in Laguna and the bride to be is coming along the way from Bay Laguna, it’s a challenge for me to look for a place that suit on our budget but the same time we can have a great time. There are lots of options, KTV, Private Pool, Night swimming etc but I need to be practical instead of renting a place for 6k, I rather spend that for a food.

We ended up at Max’s Restaurant Pavilion Branch, they are so accommodating even a short of notice, I inquired Tuesday night, ocular Wednesday lunch and had a reservation and we are all set for Friday night event.

You can rent one of their function rooms as low as Php 5000.00 consumable of foods and drinks, I even told them that we are going to have a bridal shower and they even say yes with all our plans. I really recommend this place they are so helpful, attentive, accommodating on our entire request, they are always on smile. Kahit sobrang ingay naming come to think of it malapit kami sa dining area :-)

Meet the bride to be

I ordered full package C half package B extra kare kare extra pancit canton, crispy pata, three pitcher of ice tea and 4 extra buko pandan for Php 8266.00 only. Good for 20 person, 2 hours use of function room., it's a good deal.

What is the essence of bridal shower without the show :-) this is the exciting part in every bridal shower. Next time I will share my own bridal shower :-).

Meet the star of the night :-)

Single ladies had fun

Happy Birthday Daddy

It’s my dad and sister birthday yesterday, as a family tradition we are always together to celebrate our special day. Since it falls on weekend it’s more special, my sister wants to have an overnight stay at the hotel since lack of time we just went to Festival Mall Saturday night for her massage and dad treat us for dinner. The next day together with my brother and his family we had our buffet lunch.

Browsing my wedding album last night, pop on my mind why I don’t make some blog post regarding my dad.

My dad is our super fun and strict dad; he knows how to balance to be a strict and cool dad. As like what I have said before I am so thankful how my dad raises us, for not being strict my life will be the same as now. He is a good provider, he knows how to make us happy, he surprise us in a simple things when we are still kids, he is our driver, security guard, body guard, cook, clown and etc :-)  . He definitely knows how to make his family happy and will grow together. He also never missed special occasions in our lives.

Being a dad of three children, the same time husband to my mom, a good son to his parents, a brother and a friend he definitely makes a mark in each of our lives. He always remembered on his special day.

To my dad, I may not be the perfect daughter but I gave you a perfect partner my son, our Little Kulit who makes you happy, as always you keep on saying “iba ang saya ng nabibigay ng apo”. Thank you for being such a good father and a good lolo. Thank you for the unconditional love and for protecting us. No matter how old we are and we have our own family but you still guide us, you always there for us. For a simple checking our cars, for checking where we are, what time we are going home, where are we going to eat? Simple gestures but definitely that is your way showing us how you love us. Thank you for raising Little Kulit, for spoiling him, feeding him, playing with him, put him into sleep and bringing him to school, I assure you that Little Kulit will love you forever.

Dad we will always love you and we will always remember all the things that you taught us.

Happy BirthdayDaddy

Why I Don't Blog on Weekends and Holidays

Why I don’t Blog on Weekends and Holidays?

Do you know the feeling every Friday when you woke up and thinking the next two days will be the best days of your life

Usually I am MIA in the cyber world every weekend, because I devote my time to My Little Kuit and to my family. As a working mom, weekend is so precious and sacred for me. As much as possible every weekend I squeeze my time to give a quality time with my son, hubby, family, friends, family events, me time and some business errands. But having a super kulit toddler, my mommy duties is not enough for one day.

That is why I really have to manage my time, and being MIA in the cyber world is one of my sacrifices to be able to have a best weekends.

Happy weekend everyone :-)

Our Father's Day Celebration

All of us got sick last week, Little Kulit was absent for three days, we were not able to plan our Father’s Day.

We just have a simple lunch at home, of course Mommy cooked her specialty for the whole family, and we just had dinner at SM BF.

We ate at Treasure Cranes Shabu Shabu, which we waited for 1 hour to have our table, serving is small compare to Healthy Shabu Shabu and they are more expensive. Waiters are not attentive.

But we have a special bonding with dad, the best dad in the world :-)

Our celebrant for the day hubby, my brother and my dad
