I just heard about #100happydays and I become curious about it, can I be happy for 100 days in a row?, as we all know, everyday is a challenge for us how we can make our day survive. It is also our choice to be happy or get sad.

You can check here   concept of #100happydays, this is not a contest, basically is a challenge how we can share/notice things that makes us happy, by simply sharing pictures.

I Love You Mommy

Little Kulit is now on his sweet mode :-) out of the blue he will say "I love you mommy" which makes me happy.

Now that I am already a mom, I will always make it appoint to express my love to my little kulit from the time that I learn that I am pregnant and he was born every day every minute I always tell him that I love him so much.

His first attempt to say I love you mommy he was 1 year and 3 months he will say "Labu mommy", when he became two years old "Labu Labu mommy" at 2.5 super clear na " I love you Mommy". Before we sleep and first thing in the morning we exchange words of I love you.

Now he become more expressive, out of the blue he will say I love you mommy, for example a week ago nasa elevator kami madami tao bigla na lang nag i love you, lahat napatingin and they said how sweet, marami pa yan watch lang kami tv, in the mddle of his lessons, when he is playing, when I'm working basta masabi lang niya. As a mom I am super duper happy, and nakakalambot ng puso. How I wish kahit lumaki siya ganon pa din siya. You know naman the boys aga aga mahiya.

To My Dearest Little Kulit,

I love you so much, hope that you will be a good boy when you grow up and please don't be shy to show love and affection to your daddy, lolo, lola, tita and most especially with me. Don't be offended when people will say that you are mama's boy. it means lang na mommy loves you so much. Just always remember that I will always be here for you no matter what happen. I will give you everything basta kaya ako and I will guide you to be a better person. I will raise you like what lolo and lola did. My only wish is that you will love us/me forever yung para ka lang baby, that you will always kiss, embrace and of course you will always tell us na you love us.

Love,

Mommy

Let me end my post with this quote

Mommy Anna Me Time Suggestions

Every woman should find time for herself to relax and to energize.

As a working mom "ME Time" is an activity that we should have before we become stressed or depressed  or to be our outlet once we are stressed at work, family or what ever.

Having a ME Time is one of the guilty feeling as a mom, but we need to do this to be able to recharge and feel good. Despite of our busy schedule, we need to find sometime for ourselves. Believe me it's really worth it

Mommy Anna Me Time Suggestions:

 1. Make time for yourself- 30 minutes to one hour for your self you will do :-)

 2. Foot spa- for me this is the best :-) having foot spa is one of the best relaxation. Look for a salon or spa that offers good package. Php 250-500 you can have one hour - 2 hours relaxation

3. Bubble bath- spend some more time in shower or bubble bath. In our ordinary days 5-10 minutes shower will do. Spending more time in our usual routine having a long bath/shower, stay longer at bubble bath, have some scrub, hair treatment you will feel refresh and renewed.

4. Sleep- find time to sleep more, sleep like a baby

 5. Massage- have a good massage :-)

6. Read a good book

7. Shopping- shop for your self once in a while :-)

 8. Go to a Salon- once in a while visit a salon for your hair treatment, hot oil, hair color, manicure and pedicure. Even we already a mom, we must know how to look good and how to take care of ourselves.

9.Update your journal- keep journal, write down your personal stuffs.

10. Coffee or tea time with friends- have a single time with your friends, re group, have an update with one another.

Schedule your ME Time now

Work at Night

I am into job hunting :-), it sounds fun, updating CV, browsing jobstreet and looking forward for an interview.

Lucky for me, I received several calls for interview but I just cannot go agad agad for personal interview, that is why over the phone pa lang I would ask them na lang all the inquiries before I said yes for a personal interview.

Last week I received a call from one of the biggest BPO here in our country, I am not applying for a call center agent, it's an EA for the managing director. The offer is great with complete benefits, the problem is I have to work at night because we need to follow US time. Which makes me think a hundred times.

I asked my hubby if he will let me to work at night he said "NO", I asked for a second opinion with my mom the same answer "NO". The main concern is My Little Kulit, lagi kasi naka buntot sa akin he is my shadow. My mom told me, anak para ka na din nag ofw if you work at night, halos whole day ka din wala you will sleep in the morning and yo will work at night, lalalayo loob ng anak mo sayo.

I have been thinking this opportunity so many times as in million times na ata, I even talked to some of my friends, of course the answer will be ako ang bahala.

I make a list of advantages and disadvantages working at night, what will be the effect with my family and to my toddler?

Well unfortunately most of the list falls into disadvantages, since that I grew up with the family that who observe holidays and weekend sacred for us, sleep together and dinner is the most important meal in our family and I want Little Kulit to observe these traditions also, how I can guide him if I will not be around to teach me.

I had an experiment for two consecutive nights, I put him into sleep around 930-10pm, at 1130pm I started working on my desk at around 1230am he is already looking for me, he cannot sleep straight panay ang gising and looking for me. Ang hirap hirap pala, how I can work knowing  that my son cannot sleep well.

Advantages working at night;
1. High pay salary
2. Medical benefits with 5 dependents including your parents even you are married
3. Night differential pay
4. Transportation, meal and other allowances

Disadvantages;
1. I have to be away with my son and hubby every night
2. Health risk
3.Possibility of being robbed, hold up, pick pocketers
4. Prone to accident
5. I cannot guide my family and attend to there needs
6. No holidays
7. It maybe the source of our marriage problems

The verdict: I turn down the offer, maybe God has another plan for me :-)

My family is my life and treasure I cannot afford to loose them
