My Major Investment

What is my major investment??? is it property, car, stocks, business, bags, shoes, jewelries or any other material things :-) how I wish yan nga even I have some but definitely not super super major.

Well my major investment is my one and only precious baby, it's Rafael Iñigo "SAM"

During my single days, I used to have money for my shopping and for may ka artehan, when Sam was born goodbye na, all my money nasa kanya na. Of course anything for him. My budget every week sa kanya pa lang 2k+++ milk, diaper, toiletries etc wala pa ang mga clothes and toys niya. Wala pa my cs delivery, pedia check up, vaccine, pre natal check up, baby needs etc. Naloka ako sa vaccine ganun pala kamahal :-(

What I like kay Sam lang he is not maluho when it comes sa toys, ball lang happy na siya. All his expensive toys gifts sa kanya.Yun nga lang every week may new ball siya :-)

And now I have to save for his school grabe mahal pala talaga school ng mga bata the cheapest na na canvass ko is 48k .

All my income invested na sa kanya but everything is worth it he is so smart, happy and healthy baby. And the happiness na naibibigay niya sa amin hindi mababayaran.

How to Love Our Long Champ Bags

I want to share to you ladies how to take good care of your Long Champ Bags. LC bags is so easy to clean that's why love na love ko sila :-). 

Every LC has different styles and materials, different instructions also how to clean them;

Let's start;

1. LE PLIAGE, PLANETES- to remove dirt, use cloth and soft brush with water and mild soap. Just clean the area only na madumi, as much as possible don't spill the water on a leather part or in the whole bag.

2.DARSHAN- made of 100% cotton and calfskin. It must be protected by any water marks especially rain drops, bawal maulanan. Appearance can be change in every day use. To clean it brush it softly. 

3.VICTOIRE- made with fabric with cowhide leather buffalo leather with a python pattern. To clean the just use soft brush or cloth. Avoid water spilling on the whole bag.

4. Long Champ in Metal- Metalic glow can disappear in everyday use and repeated rubbing. To remove dirt just use soft brush or cloth only.

My Comfort Drink

Each one of us have  different ways how to deal with stress,during my single days my stress reliever was shopping or parlor. Now a days that I am more mature :-) and I don't have so many time to shop and to go to spa, I rather drink coffee to relive my stress.

My comfort drink is a refreshing drink from Starbucks. For meStarbucks is the best, as in love na love ko. It keeps me refresh and energetic, Naks vitamins :-)

For the last few days I have so many deadlines, sabayan pa na super stress sa BIR, hays why ba ang hirap hirap ng system natin sa government pahirap lahat. 

Para ma energize let's drink to that :-)

Staycation on Independence Day

Hooray it's holiday in the middle of week, super love love love since I had a busy busy day from last week up to now.

We supposed to go to the mall, but we ended u staying at home dahil maulan sarap kaya matulog, nakakatamad lumabas. We woke up around 930am na pahirapan pa tumayo sa bed. 

All day makipagtalo me with my little boy, hmmp hindi ako maka watch ng dvd kahit tv.

Sam: Mommy I want to watch car
Mommy: No, mommy will watch tv
Sam: No, Sam watch car, train 
Mommy: Later
Sam: I want Pororo
Mommy: You sleep first and we will watch later
Sam: Later, want dede want watch  pororo

Hays paulit ulit, bakit ba kasi nauso yang mga characters na yan :-) kung wala sa baby channel ang tv, dvd naman pa open

I have to get my car pianagawa kasi ni dad talas mata kahit konting gasgas lang, dahil sa maulan at kami lang naiwan sa house no choice but to walk from our house to the talyer malapit lang naman, tumagal dahil sa batang makulit. Now lang kasi siya nakalabas ng house na may ambon pa at may bitbit na umbrella. He is so happy mga bata naman simple bagay happy na sila. 

We had our snacks sa Lakefront, my son likes Jollibee hays sawang sawa na ako, and malamang sa weekend Jollibee again kaya I insist na siomai na lang since it's already 6pm na, malapit na mag dinner

 

Sarap holiday I have all time for my family :-)

My Hero

My only HERO, My DAD

I'm not a perfect daughter, as in I'm pasaway during my teenage days, lahat naman ganon, kaya now super bawi ako sa mga parents ko. My dad is the best he is strict but he is so funny and street mart. For him family first, as in everything for his family he will do everything.

I'm already in 30's with husband and a kid but for him I'm still like a little girl. He still used to check on me if I'm still not home by 7, he take good care of my little boy,he spoil my little boy, he check my car every day, he check if may bagong gasgas bangga car ko talas mata, he clean my car, he assist me on my needs, he take good care of us in case of emergency, he loves me and protect me always. And I feel so lucky to have him as my father, kahit gaano siya ka strict before sa akin, Naitindihan ko na siya now. Kung hindi siya strict before I will end up na patapon ang life and utang ko sa kanya, I'm so thankful sa guidance niya.

We are not typical dad and daughter na like sa tv na will say I love you or super touchy but we both know that we love each other and we will do everything to protect one another.

I love you so much Daddy, thank you is not enough for everything that you have done for us and for accepting me kahit napakadami ko mali sa life.

Now I Know I'm Mature

During my single days I used to shop till you drop, pag may 3 days sale go agad,max to the limit atm and cards. Principle ko that time, I'm working hard so I deserve a treat. If my dad complaining of my shopping habits, I will answer him naman agad, "Dad it's okay to shop, instead to smoke, to gamble, to drink or any bad habits" so quiet na lang si father.

My mom would say sige just enjoy lang when you become a mom and a wife everything will change, by that time I'm just smiling at her, back of my mind hmmp chika lang yan, I can still shop, I won't stop working may sarili me money. 

But it's true, I got married September 19,2009 and I gave birth Oct 10,2010 so pagka one year namin as a married couple, the next month we are proud parents na. From the day that I learned that I'm pregnant, I learn how to save for my delivery, for baby needs and more savings to cover our expenses when I'm on my maternity leave.

I'm not expert when it comes to a financial budget ever ever mas more on gastos kasi me :-), during my shopping sa baby needs I learn not to be an impulsive buyer, I really searched a lot for good items. And when I become a mom, that's the time that I realized na totoo pala na you cannot buy for yourself, you always think twice, mas gusto mo lagi si baby ang bibilhan mo. Even na alam mo na mabilis lumaki and once to twice lang masusuot. Iba talaga ang happiness if you shop for your kids.

Before, once na alam ko na may sale, I want me una and my first stop bags second shoes last ang clothes and make up. Now pag may sale first and last stop and kids section :-)

Last weekend we are at Glorietta 3 days sale pala, after 4 hours of walking ang nabili ko for my self is one blouse and a wacoal bra, for my hubby one shirt pero when it comes to Sam complete set from new polo, shorts, pants, toy, diaper, new training cups etc.Na realize ko wow I'm mature na I can control myself na :-)

But look what happen to my son's stroller after our 4 hours walking, most of  the shopping bags sa sister ko she bought 4 shoes. She told me "Pagbigyan mo na ako because I'm a single, when I become a mom like you I cannot shop more", hmmm cge na nga may point ka na.

Long Champ in Rose Gold Metal

My third Long Champ Bag is a Rose Gold Metal I bought this one last December 2012 it's my birthday and Christmas treat for myself. I supposed to ask hubby na gift niya na lang sa akin but he gifted me with a Long Champ Le Pliage color Turqouise it's my birthstone :-) eh December din birthday ko. I sell my three bags para I could buy this one without a guilt feeling. Now ko talaga na realize when you are mom na you want to give everything to your son, yun sinasabi nila na "Isusubo mo na lang ibibigay mo pa". Of course I have a guilt feeling if I buy expensive for myself, yan ang isang sacrifice ng pagiging mommy, I know most of the mom's out there can relate :-). Since I'm not using those bags na sayang naman na masira lang sa cabinet so I decided to sell it na lang to buy a new one at least konti na lang idadagdag ko. 

This bag is a LLH (large with long handle) so carry lahat things ko, comfortable to use it just put everything inside and hindi mahirap dalhin puwede i-shoulder without ngalay. 

And take note eto lang ang bag na I used straight for two months  kahit I went to divisoria last January carry ko pa din Long Champ ko na itech, out of town carry pa din
