Where is Daddy????

Now I know totoo pala napapanood ko sa movies, na maghahanap pala talaga ang bata ng dadddy or mommy,it's hard to answer and masakit pala talga.Eto ang challenging question for me :-(

 In my situation easy lang naman nag answer his daddy is working late and sometimes even on week ends he needs to work, pero iba pa din feeling once he asked me "where is daddy?" The first time he asked me was last year, my brother and his family nasa house for a week, it was Sunday after our church service we are having lunch, when he asked me "mommy where is daddy", I simply answered "his at work baby", but I can see the sadness in his face. Maybe he was wondering why yung cousin niya kasama ang daddy. And that's the time that I realized what if wala siya daddy or working abroad maybe it's more difficult to answer. 

Imagine my little kulit, wala pa two by that time he asked me that question, in his young age he can think na there is something missing in his life. Kaya pala iba kahit malaki na they will still look and ask for there parents.
 
I salute single parents, ofw wife how they were able to survive this challenge question, how they answer there kids yung alam mo na hindi sila ma hurt or magiisip, they will not compare themselves sa iba. 

Don't worry little kulit daddy will try his best to be go home early on weekdays, at least now he is rest day on weekends 

We love you so much 

What Time Is it????

After our night routine, Little Kulit is already asking me  "where is daddy", nag roll call na naman cya.

Sam: Where is Daddy?
Mommy: Office

Every 15 minutes he is asking me, he is too young to understand that sometimes we need to stay late for work. 
Finally hubby is already home around 11:45pm

Sam: What time is it, ano oras na with matching looking at the wall clock
Daddy: Na shock, sabay smile and he answered back 11:45 na po

Nagkatinginan na lang kami ni hubby, and we both laugh. Imagine our 2 years old son sinisita na kami when we are home late.

That's why as a parents we need to have time for our kids. Para they could feel that they are important and we love them so much.


 

Let's Keep Safe

Ever since we experienced Ondoy last 2009,ayoko na ng ulan :-( imagine a week after our wedding kakabalik lang namn for honeymoon, baha ang sumalubong sa amin. It's our first time to experienced na bahain sa loob ng house, ma stuck mga cars sa garage imagine in 5 minutes biglang taas ng water. We are not really prepared, we never imagine it will happen to us. Most of our things nasira. All my year books, pictures from debut, highschool and colleges were gone. Ang importante we are all safe. From 11 am to 3pm nagsasalansan kami ng water. Hays!!! that's a really nightmare and a lesson for us.

Year 2010 and 2011 lucky wala masyado storm sa Manila, I have my little kulit na kasi, I don't know saan ko siya ilalagay once na maulit Ondoy. 

2012, another tragedy when we experienced the Habagat flood again. Nagka phobia na siya every time it rain so hard. Kasi nga naman after the rain nagulat siya na puro na water sa loob ng house.

Kninang 3am, non stop rain since Saturday we are all alert if something will happen again. In God's will wala nanman nangyari.Buong Metro Manila flooded na and in Laguna and some areas. Classes are suspended, lucky our work is suspended na din. 

Let's keep safe, if wala naman tayo gagawin we just stay home and be prepared. 

Panic Thursday

Sam is sick since Monday on and off fever niya but he is still lively. As in mas sumobra pa kakulitan niya. Tuesday night when I noticed na naging high fever niya around 10pm, since I cannot leave from work, I asked my mom to bring him to his pedia she is getting worried na din kasi. Iba na kasi talaga panahon ngayon the simple fever na akala natin eh malala na pala.

Wednesday he is supposed to have his check up, biglang nag cancel si pedia because of an emergency but Sam is still lively super daldal every time I called sa house to check on him. When I got home ayun naabutan ko sa room ng lola nya with his table and chair sa ibabaw ng bed while her lola fall a sleep ka aalaga sa kanya. Kung hindi ka maloka talaga sa kakulitan.

He saw me with a big box alam niya na cake ayun super excited si kulit, I told him to put it on the fridge first para lumamig and after dinner pa niya puwede eat.

 Around 10pm nagsuka si kulit and high fever again, no effect kool fever and medicine niya. 130 am super high at 330 am he started complaining about his tummy masakit daw. That is the good thing with my baby he can express himself na what masakit. He is already looking for his lola, alam ata ng anak ko na mas magaling lola niya mag alaga sa akin. When he saw his lola he said agad "I want doctor", namumutla na siya that time. So we decided na dalhin na siya sa ER.

We arrived at the hospital 4am, he had his urinalysis and some medicine para hindi cya ma dehydrate, after i 1/2 hour we already discharge and continue his medicines at home. Findings is UTI. Thanked GOD nothing serious.

Iba pala feeling once na baby mo na ang may sakit talaga, you will get panic agad, I'm so lucky that my parents are really supportive and they love my baby so much. They will do anything to protect Sam.

Sa sobrang kamamadali nasira ang gucci bag ko hu hu hu 

Okay lang yan as long na okay si kulit, will ask hubby to buy me na lang again for me :-) kung makakalusot.

I want to share some points to about UTI for toddlers

What is UTI?


The urinary tract includes the kidneys, which make urine; the ureters, tubes that carry urine from the kidneys to the bladder; the bladder, which stores urine until the body is ready to empty it; and the urethra, the tube that carries urine from the bladder out of the body.

Normally urine travels this path without a hitch, but if bacteria get in the urine — from the skin around the genitals or rectum or via the bloodstream — they can create infection and inflammation at any point along the way. About 8 percent of girls and 2 percent of boys will have at least one urinary tract infection (UTI) during childhood.

Call your toddler's doctor if you suspect something's wrong. Urinary tract infections are usually easy to treat, but if left untreated they can cause permanent kidney damage and even kidney failure. Doctors say children under age 2 are more likely than older children to suffer serious damage, so it's important to catch and treat the condition as soon as possible.

UTI SYMPTOMS

1. Unexplained fever
2.Stomachache
3.Vomitting
4. Lower back hurts
5.Urination is painful
6.Nausea

What to Do
 
Proper treatment of a UTI is crucial because left untreated, the infection can cause kidney damage, according to KidsHealth. If your toddler has any of the symptoms of a UTI, call her pediatrician immediately. Once diagnosed, she'll probably take a round of antibiotics to destroy the bacteria causing the infection. Take steps to prevent future UTIs. Teach your daughter to wipe from front to back to prevent the spread of bacteria. pediatrician about bubble baths and scented soaps because if she's prone to UTIs, these can be the cause. Have your son or daughter drink plenty of water, too, which will help flush out bacteria before it causes an infection.

A Mom

Now that I am a Mom, I learned how to appreciate the importance and the hard works of a mother. A lot lot lot of sacrifices but you are happy. 

Everybody can realate, as a mom we are 24/7, no day off as in kahit nasa work ka na you will still think of your child, hubby, family, house etc. We will do everything for our family. Kaya nga love na love nila tayo. They cannot live with out us :-). 

Mahirap kaya mag strike ang wife/mommy guarantee na maloloka ang ang mga mister at anak natin. Iba ang presence ng isang mother. Kaya dapat we love them and take good care of them, iisa lang ang nanay natin.

Imagine I'm always in ATC and Festival but I never saw the Filinvest tent. I was not able to took a picture so much because my little kulit is with me, and wala me kasama na maghahabol sa kanya.

Upon entering, you can see a lot of items as in dami from havanianas, crocs, aramani, triumph, chicco, G200, etc as in super nice. I'm just so sad, I was not able to took a pic next time will do promise.

Since I'm a mom already, my first stop is for the kids section. My son is so smart talaga he is the one who got our crate, imagine hindi ko naisip yun eh san ko nga naman ilalagay mga bibilhin namin. I got him a chicco shoes, shorts, briefs, clothes. What good in this event no toys he he he :-)

Sam is 2 years old and 9 months old but he is already in 4+++ feet and gain to much, most of the people would say he is so big, he is the biggest boy in his toddler class and siya din ang pinaka healthy :-).

They are asking me what vitamins niya, he just have two vitamins Cherifer syrup with taurine and CGF, and Ped Cee.
