Our Christmas 2013

Better than Late than never :-) yah it's another late post, I got sick after Christmas so there are lot more late post coming up.

It's our first to celebrate Christmas at home with two kids, we usually went out of town since tight ang schedule ng holiday and we have a trip to La Union and Baguio on the 27th we decided to stay here na lang sa house.

I was home by 8pm na, we celebrate Christmas Lunch with my inlaws, Little Kulit is busy sleeping, buti na lang we are able to wrap some gifts pa.

When he woke up around 930 om he is so happy to see all the gifts, I said we can open it later as usual he wants to open it all na agad, I told him that Ashley is already waiting for him akala niya joke, when he saw his tito ayun super smile agad and looking for his cousin, and the riot begins :-) yan ang bata, pero aminin natin mga mommies it make us happy diba kahit super gulo sila.

While waiting for 12am to celebrate Noche Buena we are busy preparing the Christmas tree and kids busy playing.

 We had a heavy dinner, we just have simple handa because we are planning to celebrate Christmas Lunch the next day.

 And when 12am strikes Kids are so excited to open their gifts, we had Noche Buena first and chikahan mode. 

My Little Kulit loves to tease his cousin alam naman niya na si Ashley ang mag blow ng cake ayun inunahan. They both love to blow the candle.

My Little Kulit is super happy with my gift actually pang ilan na niya yan iba iba nga lang brand he is super duper loves basketball. Kaya every picture bitbit ang toy niya.

Little Sissy Panic Mode.

Panic Mode Last Night

Yesterday, is a stressful day for me woke up at 430am to drag myself out of the bed, I need to be on the road by 6am to deliver stocks and check some papers in Cavite. My target time to be back in my office is 720am to eat full breakfast because it's on my second day of fasting. I sacrifice one meal per day and no soft drinks. Fasting will be one week.

I have so many paper works to do maliban sa office, need to complete all my requirements for FDA and business permit renewal. I went home early, I want to rest but when I got home, ayun si Little Kulit excited to play with me and he wants to watch Frozen for 6th time already, matitiis ko ba naman ang anak ko.

After dinner and kuwentuhan with the whole family it's our TV time na sabay sabay kami nag watch ng korean novela in channel 2 after the movie we make kulitan what will be the next episode kasi exciting ang story. 

11pm when Little Kulit will say Good night to everyone, when my sister is complaining about some body pains and chest pains, usually eto routine niya para mautusan niya kami or mang inis. She even ask Little Kulit to help her para makatayo and then she asked for water, and then I said "Sam let's go baka ma heart attack pa tita mo we cannot go to Baguio pa". Nasa room na kami wala pa 5minutes I heard some sigawan or basta maingay I thought sa neighbors namin, pero feeling ko ang lapit ng sounds then I remember na my sister is complaining something so I immediately went to Mama's room and then I saw the commotion as far as I remember I said what is happening and I am shouting " Aileen, Aileen", I got scared because that is the first time that I saw her like that she cannot breath, she cannot move her body and she is so heavy. Little Kulit is already crying beside me, I asked hubby to carry my sister way out sa car, tumtakbo ako to open all the lights in the living room,kitchen and garage, all of us shouting and calling Gloria to open the gate. We need to bring her to the hospital because we don't know what to do, iba kaya feeling when you don't know what to do you want to help her to ease the pain, you want to know what is happening ang alam lang namin lahat we need to move fast and bring her to the hospital.

I was not able to join them because I need to be with my son who is crying and scared. Naiwan lahat ng fone sa house, I received a call for Mama after 15 minutes that her vital signs is already okay and just waiting for the doctor for ECG, thanked GOD. Little Kulit is so scared he stops crying na but he does not want to sleep or drink his milk, he keeps on saying what happen to tita, why tayo iwan, wala sila lahat.

1am when they are already home, no result yet but important is she is already stable. I can see the fear in her face, my hubby told me during there travel, sissy is keep on saying mamatay na ba ako, ayoko pa. We are hoping that everything will be okay, maybe she got nervous agad when she feel na she cannot breath properly.

Sissy and I are not like sisters in the movie that are super duper close type but we do go out, we bond, we make kuwentuhan, we both love little kulit so much. But we both know that we love each other and ayaw namin may mangyari masama sa isat isa.

My realization that time that life is to short, what if something happen unexpectedly there are lot things that we need to do pa lalo na siya madami pa siya like sa life. Second that anything can happen in split seconds you thought that you have an ordinary day but something extra ordinary will happen. Third that we have to live our life to the fullest. Fourth we need no show our love. Fifth that family is really important. Sixth that parents is always be a parent. Seventh sister is a sister, she will be your first and last friend. 

Let's Go Back to Work

Can't get over for a holiday season? You still want to sleep till 10 am and relax, hays hope we can do that everyday. But we have to face the reality that wee need to be back to work.

How to beat this katamaran blues

1. Think positive- when alarms goes off, jump out of the bed and think positive that you will have a great day ahead of you.

2. SMILE- when you think positive, start your day with a big SMILE and everything will be okay.

3. Organize your work space- make our work space inspires us. Clear some clutter, arrange files, remove old calendar and bring out the new one. 

4.What to do- Grab your planner, stick notes, note pads and pen and start to list your things to do. Take at a time, don't rattle. Spend at least 10 minutes on your desk inhale and exhale and start your day.

5. Love your job- are you unhappy with your job? Take some time to review your job and your qualifications and your benefits. 

 6. Have Fun- have fun with your colleague during lunch time or break time, chikahan mode there is nothing wrong with that as long as hindi apektado ang work. Happy mode :-)

 7. Plan your next vacation- get your calendar and planner and highlight holidays and long weekend and start to plan your vacation. How about to start your plan on January 31 it's a long weekend :-)

 8. It's time to save- It's another year, we have so much expenses during holidays, it's now the time to SAVE again. 

 9. Focus- to make everything all right let's FOCUS on our goals, why we work because we want to have a better life it's not only for us but also for our family.

 10. Don't forget to Pray- Let's put GOD first in everything. To beat our katamaran blues let's ask for God's guidance, let Him be the center of our life.

Toy Kingdom Toy Sale

It's my first time to witness and shop at Toy Kingdom Toy Sale

I don't have any idea na may kaloloka toy sale pala  on the next hall since I was on the baby expo, I suppose to go home na, but there are lot of people na nakakasalubong ko na may dala na Toy Kingdom paper bag. I dropped my package at my car before going to the next hall, I really don't know what awaits for me.

Upon entering there are lot of people na and it's early pa ha mga 12:30 pa lang ata. I grabbed one push cart and do some shopping, since I am into rush because I need to be at home by 2pm dahil may isa pa akong lakad, I just buy few things lang. For 950.00 I got these toys na. Bowling and mickey mouse mat is not in the picture since Little Kulit is excited to play already.

You can find discounted bikes, cars, pillows, stuff toys and a lot lot more toys as in maloloka ka alin uunahin mo.

I bought this bowling for Php 40 or 60.00 only but Little Kulit is so happy when I gave it to him when I got home

Sunday after our divisoria trip I asked Dad if he could bring us to SMX to do some shopping for our inaanak, at dahil sa dami ng tao at bata and paubos na halos stocks eto na lang nabili ko. Super sale na siya halos lahat 50 percent off. I also bought one remote helicopter for my hubby, kunwari pa siya na for our baby pero siya talaga may gusto, I just bought for Php 500.00 only.

 Next year I will definitely shop here again :-)

Baby Expo

I was invited to attend the opening of Baby expo last December 6,2013. The Baby expo is a “Welcoming Life, Love and Care”, is the country’s biggest family expo dedicated to nurture family development and child care with over 200 participating brands.

The traffic is so heavy from Sucat to SMX, it took me 1.5 hours to reach SMX for a normal route 20 minutes will do, I thought I am already late since the call time is 930am. Upon registration the receptionist gave me a press kit and media ID card.

Across the booth is the St Patricks booth which is also in a super duper discount. I bought two pairs for my inaanak.

My next purchase is the Johnson and Johnson booth which I regular use for my Little Kulit since he was born.

I bought one body wash and a bar soap, guess what I got for free a shampoo and two bottles of cologne.

My last purchase and new discovery is the Sensi diaper, I will highly recommend this brand it is super affordable and super okay gamitin.I will do a separate post regarding this diaper.

Holiday Sickness

We are supposed to go to La Union and Baguio last weekend, unfortunately I got sick last Dec 26 super wrong timing. I had stomach pain as in hindi ko kaya tumayo sa bed, I supposed to work pa that day pero ending stay at home the whole day. The good thing is Little Kulit is my bantay he loves me so much, he never left my side, while I am sleeping nasa room lang din siya and watching tv come to think of it he is also sick.

December 27, we are left home because everyone is on the road na to La Union when I decided to bring Little Kulit sa ER he is been suffering from diarrhea since December 23 he is complaining na, and he loose pounds already he cannot eat well din. When I informed mom and dad that we are going to the ER na ayun every 30 minutes ang tawag kung okay ang apo nila. Actually when they left the house as per Ate Gloria tawag daw ng tawag si dad if we are okay. 

When we are at the ER of MCP grabe sa dami ng tao as in full siya, after vital signs checking, cbc and the specimen test I asked how long is the result after an hour pa daw. Dahil sa walang waiting area na maayos I decided to bring him sa SM BF na lang to unwind. 

After one hour, results come nothing to worry naman daw, he just have some bacteria daw and need to drink medicine for three days and advise na mag rest si Little Kulit.  

For the long weekend we just stayed at home to rest
